The Beehive on Coco Bay.

The Beehive is the largest home on the compound. New in 2024. Sleeps 8.

It is a two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the tropical garden on Coco Bay, Green Turtle Cay, with an outdoor bath. Water views of the bay from the living floor and the master deck. Path through the garden to the water. Turtles in the shallows.

Open living and kitchen downstairs toward the bay. Upstairs: master with king + twin, ensuite, and private deck; one king guest room; one room with three twins. Guest rooms share a bath. Stairs to the bedrooms.

Starlink, central AC, backup generator, dishwasher, and laundry.

This is the garden house with bay views — not the yellow two-story house on the water. That is Lo Key Villa. The full compound is Lo Key Estate.
